Founder

V3 Perceptum was founded by René Cole, an executive search leader and former agency headhunter with experience supporting high-growth startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Her background spans executive search, contract staffing, and leadership advisory across biotechnology, technology, and data-intensive environments. This experience informs the firm’s precision-driven approach to hiring and long-term talent planning.
